These parents will produce *CAVAPOOS* that are approximately 31.25% Cavalier -- 68.75% Poodle based on the parents. Please see our CAVAPOOS 101 page for details and refer to the F2B Cavapoo:
This will be Celina and Leo's second litter together! They were also paired together in 2024! We anticipate that their puppies will mature to be in the estimated range of 15 to 18 lbs.
ALL PUPPIES WILL BE "SOLID" (NO WHITE) *OR* "ABSTRACT" (MOSTLY SOLID WITH WHITE ACCENTS)
And the following colours are possible:
Ruby (medium or dark) ~ Black ~ Black Phantom (Black with Tan points)
Sable (Black-based) ~ Sable (Brown-based) ~ Brindle (Black with tan/red striping)

4 week old puppy update:
Celina's puppies are now 4 weeks old and are not only growing in cuteness, but in co-operation as well! We were able to snap this group photo of them, which is not always possible at the 4 to 5 week stage as it is typically when puppies go through one of their first fear stages which is a natural learning response as a puppy's nervous system develops and they learn what they should be afraid of and what they shouldn't be scared of! Celina's puppies have always sailed through these stages, in fact, Sadie, was wagging her tail on the photo set and trying to investigate the colourful shapes on the fabric.

The puppies individualities are starting to emerge, and we will continue watching and interacting with them with the purpose to determine their energy levels, reactions to various sights and sounds, and individual temperament.
Celina's puppies were also weighed this week, not only for accuracy of dosage for deworming, but to gage proper growth as well. All of the puppies are growing very well -- Celina tends to keep her puppies on the "plump side" and Sylvie, Sadie, and Lulu are definitely the "chunky" girls of the bunch, and Letti is more the "normal" size range that we like to see at this stage while they are using their legs more and more for play and interaction. But, a little extra "pudge" during the weaning stage is never a bad thing!
The afore mentioned 3 bigger girls are likely to mature in the 17-18 pound range like Celina. And Letti will likely mature to be around 15 pounds as an adult. They are a beautiful bunch of puppies that are shaping up to be exactly what anticipated based on past litters from Celina, and we are so excited to share them with families for the 5-week choosing!

We will document it soon, when it's a bit easier to keep the puppies clean during a video, but the puppies have been enjoying diving into their food dish with a slurry which consists of Big Country Raw brand of Goats Milk and the Tri Blend from Woodland Raw Dog Food (50% Chicken 10% Beef 10% Salmon 10% Organs 10% Bone 10% Fats), and probiotics for proper gut flora.
We will be e-mailing out our Food Recommendations soon, and give you the info necessary to purchase the same food your puppy will be eating when they are sent home. While *we will* supply a food sample in your puppy's Starter Kit -- you may want to keep your puppy on the same food for a longer period of time. Please plan ahead and look into food options in advance so that you are not left scrambling when the food sample runs out! Remember, we are here to help you at any point!
Everything we see in the puppies is making us excited for families to choose their puppy soon -- the curiosity, playfulness, and observation of things in their environment is very clear at this stage, but the most adorable part is perhaps their wagging tails as they investigate their world!

2 week old puppy update:
Celina's puppies are now 2 weeks old and they are growing steadily on Celina's ample supply of milk! Their eyes have opened, although they were so relaxed on the photo set that they didn't always have them open. We have a few candid photos for you:
Around the time that their eyes open, their ears also open so the sensory explosion that takes place must be pretty spectacular! The only senses that the puppies have known thus far are touch, taste, and smell, and it is always incredible to watch the puppies intellect and curiosity develop as they gain sight and hearing!
At this time puppies do a lot of sleeping, and they literally grow while they sleep!
With their eyes and ears open, we will begin to add various toys to inspire their curiosity and to create opportunities for play. We will also begin introducing different sound recordings like thunderstorms, train whistles, traffic noises, power tools, etc. as a part of their desensitization to sounds they may encounter in the big world.
This week we are giving the link to the Taking Home Puppy Online Instructional to help prepare you for adding a puppy to your home and providing care and training tips for the 1st year of your puppy's life. For those on Celina and Leo's list -- please see your e-mail for the 2-week old puppy update for the link and page password.
We ask that all families on the list take advantage of the information on the Instructional, as it is there for your own benefit and it has proven to be a huge help to families who take the time to read it and explore the resources on the page.
We weighed the puppies for their 1st deworming in the series of dewormings that they will received before leaving Pleasant Meadows, and you can see their weights below and we have given each puppy an identification name that we will refer to for each puppy:

The puppies were all co-operative for their nail trimmings we did prior to their photos for their routine maintenance and grooming care. Celina keeps her puppies clean, but we did also wipe the puppies down with puppy wipes for the overall experience.
We will begin e-mailing families on Celina and Leo's list soon to schedule puppy viewings either in-person or via Skype video call for the 5-week mark! You will be able to decide if you want to visit in-person or see the puppies via video call.

Birth Announcement:
The New Year has arrived and so have Celina's puppies on January 1st between 4:20 AM and 5:50 AM. Celina did great with such a fast delivery of her 4 beautiful girls! This is only the 3rd time in Pleasant Meadows' 16-year history where a litter of all girl puppies has been born!
Along with the surprise of the puppies arriving a day early for the New Year, two of the girls are a Brown Sable Phantom (pictured on each end below) which only had a low chance of showing up, and Celina surprised us with not just one but two of that colour! And there is also a Ruby coloured girl, and a Brindle coloured girl like we saw in Celina and Leo's first litter together!
All of the puppies are adorable and will have amazing rich colour, but if you are curious what the darker colours could look like in the future -- we have examples below of one of our past puppies that is a Brown Sable Phantom and also of Chanah who is the Brindle girl that we kept from Celina and Leo's previous litter.
Brown Sable Phantom -- please note that we are not showing coat type in this example (all of Celina's current puppies will be curly/fluffy). We are only showing for the colour reference:
Example of Brindle -- while a Brindle puppy can appear darker at first glance, if their fur catches the sunlight, or if you are in-person, they are a beautiful mixture of black and reddish brown and tan striping and mottling. Each Brindle is unique for their pattern. Chanah is shaved short in these photos:

As you could see in the video, all of the puppies are nursing very strongly and they are doing well! Celina is an excellent mother, taking care of her puppies with a calm confidence that not only comes from her experience, but from the many generations of dogs behind her!
Her puppies are content, well fed with round bellies, and it's quite clear how proud Celina is of her precious little girls!
